Do I need rental insurance to rent a unit?
Yes. Rental protection is required per the lease agreement. You can either provide proof of your own insurance at checkout or select from one of the affordable protection plans provided by Safelease.
Are locks included with rentals?
Yes! We provide a heavy-duty, tamper-resistant disc lock with every rental—so your items are protected from day one. No need to purchase separately.
How do I pay my bill online?
It’s easy. Click “Pay Bill” at the top of our website, log in, and select the unit you’d like to pay for. You can also prepay for upcoming months if needed.
Do you offer short-term rentals?
Absolutely. All our rentals are month-to-month, with no long-term commitment required. Stay flexible—rent for as little or as long as you need.
Do I need a long-term lease to qualify for discounts?
Not at all. Discounts apply even if you’re only staying for a short time. For example, if you get a multi-month promotion but move out early, there’s no penalty.
Do you offer moving help or truck rentals?
We don’t offer in-house movers or trucks, but U-Hual does offer moving trucks at our Refugio Climate Control location. Call U-Haul directly or book directly on their website.
Are any discounts available?
Yes! Our offers vary by unit type and location but are always displayed on our website
Are storage auctions held at your facility?
Yes, if units become delinquent, we conduct storage auctions in compliance with Texas lien laws. These are hosted online.
Can I live or sleep in a unit?
No. Although our facilites are inviting and safe, living in a storage unit is strictly prohibited.
Can I move in right after renting online
Yes! Our contactless rentals let you reserve, pay, and access your unit immediately. Once you receive your confirmation, you’re good to go.
Is 24/7 access available?
Our facilities offer extended access hours for our base rental rates. 24/7 access is only granted with our Best rental rate option.
